Found it by random, took a winch start there, wind 23 km/h, direction 222 degrees. Came up to 500 meters waiting for decreasing of the climb rate. But it doesn't happened as expected. The climbing continued, climb rate decreased slowly. The launch took 20 minutes before I lost the interest to continue. Climb rate at that moment round about 1 m/sec.

The winch was outside the flyable area and I guess Condor will release automatically when the plane reaches a defined relative position over the winch, what not happend due to the border of the flyable area.
Nice bug, nothing to do in my opinion, only liked to share it
