!! SOLVED !! - ERROR - Direct3D 11 Framework for Planeviewer

Post by VISCOUSgroove » Fri Dec 04, 2020 7:00 pm

SEE my last post below for fix.

I am getting this ERROR when I try to launch Condor2: ERROR - Direct3D 11 Framework for Planeviewer, check setup>graphics

I saw another post where they got the same error and reinstalled Condor and it was solved.
I tried that, but no luck. It worked perfectly before. I think my WIN10 updated overnight and maybe it had an effect?

I checked the video setting same as berfore.
I am running a Nvidia Quadro K1200, 3Gb Ram.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thx

Same problem here. I did a windows update recently, maybe this caused the problem?

I would recommend checking your anti-ransomware and/or OneDrive or GoogleDrive

Unfortunately, NO luck yet. I wrote condor support and they told me to do a reinstall with the latest version 215.
I get the same error when I try to enter free flight. My problems occurred after an automatic window update.
I am a bit worried about this since support cannot give me a solution and I invested a lot money on my flight control and head tracking hardware.
If you faced this issue and solved it, please advise how. Thx in advance.

When I try to run the flight school lesson I get this message. I also started Condor using my WIN Admin profile and nothing.

Try to downgrade Nvidia Quadro drivers...
IMVHO it may be related to this specific card and its NV drivers.
No matter where you go... There you are...

Problem SOLVED thx to user: BOD1

No, because personal data & settings are kept in \Documents\Condor. Logs indicate Condor Crash while listing screens (if you have more than 1) or before initializing DirectX, so not very helpful :/

Try to backup then delete Documents\Condor directory and subdirectory, and check if it hangs again.

Thank you BOD1 you're da man!!
