on-line tracking?

Post by Genchik » Sun Apr 19, 2020 5:41 pm

on-line tracking
a very necessary thing.
How to do it? Maybe someone has thoughts?
At least 2d

We all use XCsoar, but it doesn’t send data to livetrack24 or Skyline.
Most likely due to the time difference or the way the Condor device driver works
Thank for info

Hello Wiek

May I ask you how you set up cunimb.exe?
I saw you flying in france yesterday and would like to set this up. I already have xcsoar running on com0com virtual serial port driver, with ports 'CNCA0<->CNCB0'. I have tried to follow the french instructions and the port in the windows firewall is also enabled. But, when I open the cunimb.exe these ports are shown, but when I press enter cunimb.exe closes and I can't enter a CN or the username. Any idea what I'm doing wrong  :?:

I'm using serverside tracking made by Snip: http://condortracker.free.fr/

It is an excellent little piece of software but you'll have to sent him an email to get a license for it. It is free, but he will only provide it to big server hosts.

The client side tracking you'll have to ask philoo about the details. He made that cunimb.exe program.

Thanks for the information. She is very helpful !!!
This is almost what you need.
Unclear question - can the task be displayed?

Tanks Wiek

I have done it. There was a problem with the ports via com0com. I tried with VSPE and cunimb.exe works fine now :D

Hi all,

task display is available on cunimb.
You can provide a task in Cunimb URL by passing as argument another URL containing the task in a special format.

An example is: http://www.cunimb.net/condor/#c=47.2773 ... xample.txt
Task file format is described here: https://github.com/glidernet/ogn-live
