Probably the most valuable feature of the site is that you will be able to view and download over 200 previous Monday Night Soaring Tasks. To the best of my knowledge, these tasks have not been available for download til now.
MNS tasks are all moderately challenging, realistic racing tasks that will sharpen your Condor skills. Most should take about 90 minutes to complete.
BTW, I'm still uploading images for the last pages of the download tab, so if you don't see a picture don't panic. All the downloads do work.
