Found this whilst browsing actual gliding sites, you beat me to it! (By quite some time, I just got Condor a few days ago)

Here's a shot, it works well.

Google Earth includes all world..no Condor area scenery restrictions...

I found one more GPS program, although it is for real pilots :) it can also replay IGC in Google Earth:
