As an orientation for others I fly the 300 km triangle from the default flightplan folder. I changed the departure altitude to 1500 m and set a time window. The flightplan + results are in the attachment file. If you delete the flightresults and change the extension to "fpl" you have the flightplan and can make the flight under same conditions. I get a speed of 77,24 km/h.
