Upload Local Maps & Turn Points?

I've searched the forum to find out how I might upload a map and turnpoints for our local soaring area in the Mid Atlantic USA (Region 4 North).

Not sure how this is done if at all.

Can someone point me in the right direction on how to go about doing this.

I would like to practice some cross country flights virtually before I attempt them for real in my Mini Nimbus.
