FAI silver C tasks

For all, which are interesting about FAI Silver C, this is a one of possible task:
1) fly 50 km task
2) gain 1000m alt, indicated by entry to penalty zone
3) 5 hours in air
no helpers, of course.

oke i did the 50km the 1000m but the 5hours was easyier

all whit fox is that ok? did make a wind of 20km/h and then at valours i think i did seth him on 5000m

and then to the water
