4th Junior World Gliding Championships 31st July - 20th August 2005

is being held at my club, The Soaring Centre, UK

two friends of mine are heading over to contend for the Aussies. Really looing forward to seeing how it goes, wish I was there again (went solo at Hus Bos)

Went solo on 24/08/01 in puchacz FXQ. My instructor was called Mike, not sure of hos last name, but really nice guy. Solo in 5 1/2 hours

Incredible weather all week, was amazing fun

yep sounds right. I practically had him to myself the whole week.

He probably wont remember me, but if you see him you could mention that someone he sent solo is now having lots of fun and competing in Australia
