Help with Fiefox

I've got a couple of ugly toolbars appeared on my Firefox page after trying to download a film. (No, not porn before you say anything :shock: :D ) Anyone know how to get rid of them?

So you have started it fron the start all programs / mozilla / safe mode and followed the instructions then? :wink: :D
And stay away from the leather and bonding sites. :lol: :lol:
