I had one like that (std2) a long time ago except I gave it a light green nose, wing tips & comp number which looked stunning especially as everyone else was painting glider extremities either red or orange at the time.

Re: Photos of Your Glider?
I don't own this glider since it is part of the club, but I am its Godfather and for all intents and purposes, it is mine. I am the one that takes care of it and I am really the only one that flies it.

Re: Photos of Your Glider?
Well to compete with the RC End these are just a couple of mine.
My Highest Recorded altitude 5,500' I gave up and hit airbreaks and flaps to loose
some altitude and then continued on to finish a 5.5 hr flight done with My 5.5m
Sperber which I modified from a T tail to an X tail which gave the plane better
stability and performance, it was my best flying bird. looking for pix of it, Cant find them
but will post when I do.
And yes I did fly RL, a cirrus standard back in the 70's and 80's Stoped flying after second
heart attack 1983.
The Nimbus was originally my dads that is why the DL

Re: Photos of Your Glider?
You'll need to do some work on that winglet.. It's much bigger than the one on the other side.
