ok i want to mae a graphic thats got a black background, with a black cross. the only thing that shows the cross is there is a light that would be shining behind it. its like there is a bright light behind the cross, but all you can see it the rays shining around the edges. can someone tell me how to do that on a photo editing program?

Nice cross Frank, but i think you read the specifications wrong.

The cross should be black, or at least the background
