HWW08 Rules championship?

Hi all!

The German championship this coming!

What are the rules for this championship? Are they the real championship?

It would be interesting to draw some rules to avoid discussion and frustrations!

"There are 12 time zones, which can be selected in the CCC freely for each day, but before the competition begins:

09:00 UTC > 11:00 UTC > 13:00 UTC > 15:00 UTC > 16:00 UTC > 17:00 UTC > 18:00 UTC > 19:00 UTC > 20:00 UTC > 21:00 UTC > 22:00 UTC > 23:00 UTC."

Looks like rules are the same as during SBC. So no discussion or frustration... 12 times per day exactly the same task and weather... You will know enough before start. Don't panic! :D

And yep - they are real championship too.
No matter where you go... There you are...

Help!!!

Say i live in germany/holland , and i like to fly at 20:00 local time. I would say i'll have the 18:00 utc server. (summer time +2hrs)

But...Since all times have been set standard to 19:00, im not so sure anymore.

Could someone help me out?

18UTC is 20 in Holland. Select 18:00 and you'll be happy.

Hello Waht happend if i Cant fly one of the day of the championship, Is any limit of day to participated

The scoring system is "Best of five", that means the best five results of the 7 racedays will score. If a prticipant flies less than 5 days, only the flown days will score. Crashing is scored with 0 points.

Hi,

I cannot see that I am registered for the competition... At the CCC page I have registered and at the next page it shows the timezones I can choose. This is ok and all, but I can not see my name on the list of participants. Has anyone got the same problem?

No, I can still not see my name. At 208 NX1 is listed. Do I look at the wrong site?

Another question, is the servers going to be at serverlist? The only thing I have to do is choose a time at CCC page, and then join at this time on serverlist?
