'Soaring on Wednesdays' - Paper Plane Cup

Post by Pit_R » Wed Mar 01, 2017 6:46 pm

Hello!
If you like slow flying and very typical (mostly thermal) tasks - feel free to join 'Soaring on Wednesdays' server.
There will be (I hope) difficult, tough and obviously boring tasks. :)

Server will start Wednesdays at 8 PM (20.00) CET [19.00 UTC] with 30 min jointime, 1 min to start and 60 min start window.
No password.

"Paper Plane Cup" is 5 tasks small comp.
Two first days will be training. Next 3 tasks scored. Of course flying without registration (thus no scoring) is also possible.

BTW: You can see briefing every Wednesday morning - please check website. :)
No matter where you go... There you are...

Hello!

15.03 - Wed. we will fly short (1 h 45 min AAT/S) over Czech scenery.

CC info about AATS (for new pilots): https://www.condor-club.eu/generic/161/

Tip #2: Note the time when you start the task! ;)

Tip #3: If you don't use external PDA it is worth to have sheet of paper for some small calculations of time, distance and speed.

Hello!

29.03 - Wed. @ 20.00 CEST (6* PM UTC) - we will fly last day of comp. (1 h 45 min AAT/S) over Czech scenery.

*) I am sorry - there is mistake on c-c, right time is 20.00 but not UTC. My fault. Can't change it now... Sorry again.
