Dutch Open 2015

The Dutch Open 2015 has started with a training flight on sunday 15-03-2015.
We will fly 18-meter gliders without handicap in alps_XL scenery only.

This competition will introduce a new task type, the AART (Assigned Areas Racing Task).
An AART is an AAT without a real minimum time, so you can fly it as an RT, but the distance flown in the AA sectors is calculated. The sectors are bigger then in an RT task for more freedom, but smaller then we are used to in a normal AAT.

The server capacity is limited (we think), so at some point the registration will be closed.

Day 01 is a normal start. NO Regatta.

29-03-2015 we will enter 2015 Daylight Saving Time...
Servers will start at 2030 CET which is 1830 UTC with Daylight Saving Time.

I hope everything goes well with the briefing.
