We are created pages with the FAQ and help for all. http://www.soaringonheaven.com/en/index.php?page=help
They contain most of the questions and answers that have ever been addressed, but also some not answered.
Therefore, we recommend that for new users, read these pages.

Hi all
If you downloaded the patch P15 before 18.3.2012, re-download and re-install this patch P15, there was a bug in export IGC. With old versions of patches you can't to enter the servers.

you can find most of them in CC
once uploaded your ftr, in flight analisys, you can check the voice: "(N.) results available for this task, check scores!"

Hi Jerry,
something wrong in real ranking about speed

condor said 135 km/h and in the ranking it's 118
same for the others results respect with their times

DAec index applied only, Roberto... 135/1.14=118 km/h...
Jerry has times in all class task handicaped.

yes, I thought it after have wrote on forum, noting that the time speed have a certain order..

only bad thing is that it don't show the real speed...

checking the speed in ranking list before to do the task, ignoring the DAec index, I thought the task was really more difficult
so I made it with lower MC and more prudence than needed(that maybe it has been better  )

sure it's not a problem.. only a thinking

Easy solution - check task times, not speeds :) hard to score without 1000-pts system, only time here, so time must be handicaped :)

Well it's true. All details here: http://www.soaringonheaven.com/en/index ... esultshelp
for example under the "table with Condor plane indexes" I quote:
" Because we don't use a point system, only the current average speed, the index is applied to the average speed. "

and many other things. Just clicking and read a bit.
