Hello,
I am using Condor 3 in VR with my Reverb G2, using ReVive. The games runs great and smoothly, however I experience very strong shimmering on the buildings (and only the buildings). Entire cities are shimmering everywhere, which is something I never experience in any other game in a similar way.
MSAA does not really fix the issue, and costs a lot in terms of performances, increasing the resolution in SteamVR does help a bit, but does not really fix it, and against at a high cost. Also the game starts to behave erratically when the steam resolution is over 120%
Am I the only one to experience this issue? Any idea on how this could be fixed?
Thanks a lot.

Re: Shimmering issues
Anti-alliasing (MSAA in Condor, your graphics card may have other types) and setting the resolution higher are exactly what is needed to solve these issues. They are indeed performance hungry.

Re: Shimmering issues
Thanks for your answer.
I experimented a little bit more and it appears I achieve the best results with a relatively low resolution in Steam VR (70%) and MSAA 2x, with some graphical details not maxed out (distance visibility, tree visibility). It still runs at 90 FPS on my RTX 3080, shimmering is much reduced and the sharpness is still fine.
