I'm also planning to buy Crystal light, and it's very frivolous of the developer to hide such information, what they will support
The developers are not hiding
what they will support:
They have announced that OpenXR will be supported in a future release of Condor3 (not 3.0)
The only unknown is
when

As we said, we will support OpenXR.
What we cannot say is if your favourite headset is supported by OpenXR. Thats not in our control.

I'm using Q3 now, I'm very satisfied, but Christmas time is coming and it's time for some shopping

I tried the Crystal Light. But for my taste the lenses are awful - compared to those of the Q3.
And the screens didn’t match the same colors.
The sweet spot is small. Outside of the sweet spot it not only gets blurry but colors drift apart (e.g. a white line will appear as three lines in red, green and blue)
Even though the resolution is better - the overall feeling was worse.
So, sadly I had to sent it back as my expectations for this price was not met at all.
I‘ll stick with the good old Quest 3 until the market comes up with some better headsets.
Please note: many people are happy with the Crystal light. Several are not.
Might depend on your expectations.
(Yes there are workarounds to get C2 running with the Pimax. I tried the Pimax with MSFS and Condor and my review is based on both experiences compared to those with the Q3)
