Mouse Pointer in VR

Don't know how or when I broke it but I no longer have a mouse pointer when in VR (HP Reverb G2, works like a champ). I can bring up the game menu but no mouse so I can't click End. I can use Alt-Tab to choose the window and click the "X" to close the window but that's a kludge at best.

I use a G2 Reverb with Revive and have the same issue intermittently.
Sometimes it starts working again after I Alt-Tab out and back.
(As I am running without mirroring, click Exit on the 2D window is not an option for me.)
But the last time I had to bring up the Rift Desktop App and/or the Microsoft MR App to fix it (one of them fixed it, dont know which one).
