Selling five days old Valve Index with one HTC base station

I'm selling my five days old Valve Index with only one base station of the HTC type 1(old type, new device), without controllers.
But for jittering after flying condor for a while, it works quite fine at 80, 90 and 120 FPS. 144FPS only for a short while.
It's heavier, yet more confortable to wear than the HP reverb, larger FOV and better adjustments, like IPD up to 70mm, lens to eyes distance.
I still decided myself for the HP due to the better native resolution of 2160 per eye.
