Congratulations to the developers for adding VR to Condor2. For me VR was definitely a game changer.
Before life got in the way and ended my gliding days, I spent most of my RL flights in blue sky conditions chasing the elusive and difficult to use 2 knot thermals and looking at the ground for clues about where the next thermal may be.
Does Condor2 have thermals in cloudless days, and if so, should I be looking for the usual indicators of potential thermal generators such as roof tops, rocky outcrops, crops etc?
Cheers
Locating thermals when there are no clouds

(I'm aware that this thread is old, but in case it helps someone else!)
Try setting the thermal helper range to a high value, and turn in on during flight. This should give you an idea what kind of scenery condor does or does not take into account as a thermal source.

There is this task
https://www.condor-club.eu/showtask/0/?id=12354
That has no cloud at all...and takes you under the Millau Bridge.
Not really hard, use the hills around the bridge to gain height after the low pass under it.
Be aware TP is a window
