No need for C3... We can easily group the existing sceneries into a single one. It would be something like that:

Accurately reproducing the weather would be difficult in C2: the altitude wind is NNW to NW on the French Alps, but W on Corsica and Sardinia

The new scenery is currently under test. Its name will be Prolicosa. (simple enough to guess why!)
