What is this vintage Glider?

We have a vintage Glider in my Club and we just got the Idea to restore it to flying condition.
We are totally unprepared, as we aquired this over 10 years ago, just for the trailer it was in.
So now we have to identify it.
As it is npw hanging on the ceiling of our hamgar we cant just red the registration.
So has anyone have an idea, what this glider is?
