No. V2 has the 7 new planes.
here are probably two ways how to understand the question and answer:
a) V2 will be independat of V1 (a standalone release) with just the 7 new planes. Which is IMHO not probable is it would throw all previous planes to trash
b) V2 will update current V1.5 plus 7 new planes
seems that b) is correct (and makes more sense) just want to make sure
...so the answer should probably be Yes as the owner of V2 will have all previous PPs (if bought) + 7 new planes. Correct?

Hello boys no news for the plane pack 3.......
I'd like to know if at least will be awarded by the summer oe postponed to early winter 2013/14.

it can not be postponed as it does not have any release schedule (at least not official)
Waste of time these repeating questions
Btw, there is no PP3 scheduled next...

PP3 will be merged with the long awaited v2.0 release. It should be all out ready for us in 2020.

Closest realistic release data I can imagine is somewhere in the middle of upcoming winter.
I doubt there is any progress being made during summer...
