I'm casting my vote for A380 or at least a 787, I hear they thermal like crazy!
I guess the probability to get one of these is the same as the probability to get one of the planes you listed, namely approaching 0.

I rest my case.
Make that nine years. Entry in Guiness Book of Records now secure. This is really a farce and the sooner OXO and Co realise that they have been rumbled the better. Tell us the truth. There hasn't been any work towards the plane packs or V.2

No, it is not secure.
Duke Nukem Forever took 15 years to release. Give it 6 more years

Ah! Now I see what they are trying to do - beat that record! Why didn't they tell us?

Making a new version of highly successful software product such as CondorV1 is no trivial thing. I think what is eventually released is not V2 - its V4 or maybe V7. But those versions between never got released for some reasons. What makes V1 so good? I cannot tell. The balance of features maybe and focus in correct areas? It easy to get lost in making a sequel. Risk is high if you start from scratch "lets re-write it all in better way". It just might not work at all in reality. Building on top of existing code base is much safer but it does then suffer from all that legacy code. In software industry this is a pattern that has repeated itself many times. Your kids might ask "Dad, what was netscape navigator?"
But I think its great that there is still some hope for a new version to appear. For us who have lost the link to real life soaring its the only option for getting back into at least virtual soaring some day. Personally I can say that V1 has reached end of life for me. Its like reading the same book again and again. But that is fine as well. Every software does have its natural life span.

Lack of competition, I'm afraid.

That's a bunch of years we are wondering if Christmas will see v2 or PP3 and each time we are disapointed. So no one wonders anymore... Be prepared for another option for your tree, or you risk a great deception

That's got to tell you something.
I won't be holding my breath for PP3.
