I know the list of feature requests is long but here's my 2 cents.
The vr experience in condor would go from near-perfect to perfect with an instant zoom function like xplane's, a medium-level zoom intended for occasional use. This would help close the gap between vr's limitations in resolution and real life visual acuity, and would also be nice to have for 2d displays as well. While cockpit/instruments are perfectly visible in vr, there is some trouble with far away objects or gliders. (Or alternatively, make the +/- zoom function work in vr to a point as well.)
Thanks for reading.

I have no VR experience, but in 2D, the panel zoom function (default key = Y) can do that, especially when used in conjunction with the TrackIR which allows to move the line of sight.

the zoom in VR !!!!!, normally as in real life you bring your head towards the dashboard and this allows you to get closer to your board.
I do like that, and it works well

Re: Feature Suggestion - Zoom in VR
I think he means spotting far away gliders which is easier in real life than in the sim. Non VR users can cheat a bit with the zoom (NUM + and -) you can easily spot gliders about 20 km away when zooming in all the way. That is not possible in VR and I think what OP would like as a feature.
In real life you see the sun glint on gliders when they are far away. I hope this will be implemented in Condor too.

Hehe,
Twenty six gliders in a thermal.... I can't wait to be blinded by glint!
Seems like a great idea guys, could add immersion.
