How about a Schweizer 1-35?
Dear developers,
Please consider adding a Schweizer 1-35. It's got a 38:1 glide ratio and it's flaps only. Plus, it's loud as hell, so you can have fun with cockpit noises.
The flaps-only feature would make for quite a different type of plane to offer to the users. Plus, I would bet that users would be interested in the vagaries of flying a plane that offers 80 deg flaps for landing and 2 sets of negative flaps for cruise.
I may be biased since I am the proud 3rd owner of a 1-35 this year and it's been fantastic and fun to fly.

The guy selling those plans is the guy who gave me my checkout in the SGS 1-35.
What do the developers need to create a SGS 1-35 model for condor?
I have all the paperwork that came with my glider, including similar architectural diagrams (not all of them, but a good portion). I also have the polar. Someone please let me know if I can help. I have zero programming experience, but I do have actual data and can send pictures.

1-35 would be a lot of fun with those steep nose down approaches due to the landing flaps
