Please, make PW-5 for the Condor 2. A lot of people on South America and in Europe fly this glider. :D

I think I tried it once or twice... it was good to get through narrow mountain passes with... with that EB29 I have to go knife-edge to get trough

Re: PW-5 CONDOR 1 plane pack 1 license

Post by ITGlider » Wed Apr 22, 2020 2:45 pm

Hello everyone,
Gianni from Italy, in this period of virus I have restarted my old and beloved Condor 1 of which I have an official license.
Years ago I had purchased the plane pack 1 only for the PW-5, a glider that I own and also flight in real life, now unfortunately
not finding the license for package 1 I wanted to know if someone can help me to find the PW-5 to use in my Condor 1.
Thanks in advance.

If you have the invoice you might get help from support@condorsoaring.com.

But it's extremely busy for them at the moment so be extremely patient.
...and support for Condor V1 has officially ended.

You can also buy Condor2 and fly other gliders...
And this time store the invoices and serials somewhere were you can find them if you need them.

I flew the PW5 many times, the dangerous part was the winch launch, very little directional control on the ground, and once up to flying speed required almost full down elevator to maintain a safe climb. once launched and released from the winch it was a delightful little glider.

Hello, as someone who recently purchased Condor 2, I was happy to see lots of amazing planes to choose from, although I was surprised not to find this glider in the mix. I would definitely pick up the PW-5 if it became available for Condor 2. Has there been any consideration for adding this one?

Really? Does it take that thousand hours to develop a glider ?

No, but it does take our time away from making more popular ones.

I won’t be making a PW-5.

But... if somebody makes a great model then I will accept it

Hi there, thanks for the response, good to know to not expect it down the road. If I get motivated enough to build out a model, is there a blender exporter or any documentation to get me started?

Also, do you folks have a list of planes you are developing for future release? I would love to see the SGS 2-33a someday in Condor :D
