Thats great TomD
Thank you.
All I need now is the positioning of the canopy levers. Anyone?

The flaps setting takes into account the actual water-ballast content

Re: ASW20
Original 20 doesn't have winglets. And no performance data available with winglets.Robert O wrote: ↑Sun May 10, 2020 3:05 pmNice plane. did not fly it yet, but i am planning to.

Re: ASW20
il get more photos and the measurements when its stopped being we and gusty there though the image is correct in the screen shot now just the jettison is on the same pivot point just in front of the normal release Nicolas has a photo i sent him
Re: ASW20
I haven't been able to do any work on it recently, I have the fus ready for the wings, but my reference photos weren't the best and I can't get to my glider to try and get better ones.
I'd like to steal the ones from the LS4a on account of them being basically the same aerofoil I believe...

Re: ASW20
Hi!
I have buy ASW20 and I love it! But I always flight with full water and flap position indicator on speed indicator was for not water ballast flight. It is possible to change it position with water configuration?
I have edited flapring.bmp for add correct indication of max payload (in your version it's for asw20 a,c or f) and create one other with full water position. If you want it contact me (I can't upload bmp files in forum)

To all (the godfathers) who were involved in the development of the ASW 20 B model:
A BIIIIIIIIIIG THANK YOU!!! I bought, I flew, I love. Simply beautiful.
Nice handling and looks.
I am not missing
Thanks a lot - and keep up the good work!

I am not missing
- the Maughmer winglets - at least now I've flown the 20 with her original wingtips for the first time ever
- the "be cautious or be sorry" L2-flap position
- the wistling of my side window (a PITA - to introduce a new abbreviation)
Thanks a lot - and keep up the good work!

Re: ASW20
I can't say thank you enough for ASW20 OXO! This is the only good thing about 2020 so far!
I've had two amazing flights in the new ASW20, and am loving it.
The only annoying part is that flaps handle is in wrong position, especially when in THERMIK 4 hole, which makes it hard to judge your flaps settings by looking at it, and I have to pay attention to the text in the lower right corner of the screen (VR glasses in my case) instead to make sure I'm in 4, not in landing configuration.
I'm guessing this is due to the "mechanics" of Condor2 that places flap settings at equal distances?
It would be really nice to have this fixed if possible.
Other than that (and the fact that the left water valve handle is missing), awesome job!
Regards,
P.S.: Not having ASW20, or a similar in performance flapped 15m ship was the only downside of Condor2 for me in comparison to Condor1, which at least had ASW27. But now it's a dream came true!

Re: ASW20
You are correct about the left flap handle, its currently a limitation within condor.
ASW20B does not have a left water handle. Presumably both sides operate from the same handle.
