I'm not in Miro's brain, but here is my point of view (wich is maybe not far from it's one)!

as a competition (and simmer) enthousiast, i'd love to see all current and actual classes complete before getting any other gliders (as was almost by the end C1) :
  • Open : JS1 and EB29, and why not Quintus (for bombastic weather)
  • 18m : Ventus3, JS1, JS3, Diana3 (hope to see Kawa flying this beauty this year against JS3)
  • 20m : Arcus, ASG32, HP304twin Shark
  • 15m : Diana2, ventus3, JS3
  • std : LS8 neo and Discus2a (forget about the asw28, too much work for a glider which won nothing)
As those classes will be completed, it's understable to "downgrade" glider list to this :

  • club class : this is the orgiest class for developpers, specially since the new handicaps. You can put absolutely everything inside from the cirrus (wich still rules the world^^), to ASW15-19-20-24/LS1-3-4-7/Libelle('s)/Pegase('s)/Jantard 1-2-3 (and wich comes lately back in production^^), Astir known as the "whale" (and never win anything too)
This last class could be mixed up with :
  • School/double seater class : last but not least (as I'm building one for my club)! ASK13 (who also still rules the world too^^) /21, DG500/1000, Twin 1/2/3(g101/102/103), JanusA,B, or C/Duo-Discus (wich sadly does'nt deserve 20m class membership anymore like the DG1000), but also Blanik (some of them still have the right to fly?), Schweizer 1-XXXX's etc.
  • 13.5m ; rules are going to change every 2 years, I'm quite afraid there will no future for it as it's called to become an elctric motorglider ULM class

I believe that your wish to see a DG1000 in condor reveals a capital divergence wich is the same between a FSX/prepar3d simmer friendly against a DCS/IL2 simmer.... Some want to have pleasure wathever the glider they are using (training/enjoying purpose), the others just want to fight.
Fun (and sad) fact as in real life : fighters are welling to pay, enjoyers usually don't.

As Condor's enthousiasts should be first "public house" for real IGC competition, it shoud be really interesting to them to know what kind of gliding simulation are you (all) welling to pay for?

It's definitely clear that, as an instructor, I'm ok that my club invests in a Duo Discus or DG1000 flight model. It's also clear that's for a gaming/sim purpose, I don't give any interest to them...

Now that motorized gliders have been implemented, might there be any interest in the Stemme S10 or a variation?

By the way, many thanks to the development team for the update to Condor 2 to utilize the Oculus Rift. I finally bought the device and am anxious to try VR.
Regards,
Eric

heyhey. What about the 15m asg29 ?
Some competition in 15m class would be nice and the 18m asg is already done.

Quintus & ASH31 would be some nice opoen class competition.

RIP LS10 i miss you.
BTW i think they produced less than 30 LS10.
