Don't block the starting grid with objects

Airport designers: Placing objects on the ends of the runway can cause issues on busy multiplayer sessions as gliders waiting to launch start to queue up. At Puimoisson on the AA2 landscape there is a static plane model in the middle of the east end of the runway:

I forgot to take a screenshot of it in progress, but on today's Tchin-tchin task that static plane repeatedly ate gliders as they either spawned on top of it or were rolled forward into it as other gliders launched.
