AA2 0.10 missing empty.dds?

I did a clean install of AA2 0.10 via Condor Updater recently and there is no empty.dds present, causing tiles in the sea to be black. Other people who have upgraded from older versions of AA2 do have a copy of it, so it seems empty.dds has gone missing from the full install at some point.

You are right, I forgot it in main 7z...
