Problem with NW_Montana scenery airport Schafer USFS

Post by Rotareneg » Tue Mar 23, 2021 7:20 pm

When self-launching from Schafer USFS on the NW_Montana you will not be able to start the task even when properly stowing the engine well below the 700m tow altitude. Also, during an online task if you land at the airport to attempt a restart you get the message saying you need to land at the starting airfield even when sitting on the runway.

I tested your fpl with the full ballast Diana behind the Supercub (the least powerful of the tugs), I had no problem taking off.

He's talking about selflaunching. So EB29R, DG808 or Stemme S12 required. I can't check because I do not have the landscape.

Yes, it's a problem with self launching and online landing/restart. You can get in the air just fine, you just can't start the task if you self launch or restart if you land at the airfield.
