Best landscapes in C2

Post by sidewinder » Tue May 05, 2020 1:46 am

I have all of the C2 landscapes and they take a lot of drive space up.

I would appreciate opinions on:

1. The main landscapes used for official online tasks by our best task setters.
2. The best landscapes based on quality and simulation accuracy.

Thanks!

I guess you could find some clues there (check different months)

It's not necessarily an indication of quality, tough ...

For the best tasksetter and competitions you need to be at https://virtualsoaring.eu/

There is no list on landscape quality.

Have you tried Draak?

I would love to receive some feedback from seasoned Pilots on what they think of this South African landscape.

How about introducing some form of rating system for landscapes?
You could introduce scores on a number of key points to produce a quality rating.

Building these landscapes takes a lot of free time and cost, and it would be grand to have some feedback from users.

Cheers
Jeff

Well I'm from South Africa and I have tried it and yes I do like it. Hopefully some of the master task setters try it sometime and set some tasks there.
