I got the 1 arc second data (approximately 30m) from http://viewfinderpanoramas.org/dem1d.html

Unfortunately they don't seem to have 1 arc second data for Iceland, but at least they have 3 arc second data (approximately 90m) at http://viewfinderpanoramas.org/Coverage ... s_org3.htm

Many thanks. I suspected the reply would be this. I do have the 90m terrain, but of course on Condor would not the terrain the best.

I was thinking about Iceland as it is such an interesting terrain, not particularly active soaring wise, but could make some interesting flights on Condor.

Thanks again for prompt reply.

You can also use Aster GDEM in 1 arc second. They are often polluted, essentially by tree coverage, but that shouldn't be a big problem in Iceland. With Global mapper, you can mix them for a better result.
