QGIS questions

Post by pstrzel » Wed Feb 14, 2018 11:10 pm

I noticed in the Condor Landscape Guide rev1a tutorial, the QGIS clipper tool uses UTM coordinates, but mine defaults to degrees. Since using degrees causes a failure, I simply typed UTM coordinates instead. It seemed to work, but it makes the red selection area disappear. Can you point me to where I can switch units or otherwise make this right? The QGIS help menu is no help. I suspect this may be what's causing RawToTrn to give me an "Out of Memory" error, and fail to show preview of the clipped file

Have you reprojected (warped) the scenery? And then selected the right UTM projection you in the bottom right of the main window?

Yes, everything up to that point was good: properly merged, warped, and now I can say clipped since I was able to preview it just now, but still out of memory (edit: in RawToTrn). Disappointing :(

Edit: posted in the wrong thread again.
