just to confirm the command to link on the E Drive containing Folder 'Condor3/Landscape's is
mklink /j C:\Condor3\Landscapes\South East UK3E:\Condor3/Landscapes\South East UK3
No Landscape with V3

I don't believe the landscape is South East UK3, but SouthEastUK3 (without space), but if it's with spaces then the command is
mklink /j "C:\Condor3\Landscapes\South East UK3" "E:\Condor3\Landscapes\South East UK3"
EDIT: That could be the problem, if CU doesn't expect spaces in landscapes names, it will maybe try to create a link to the drive East (the first word after the space), or it will create the link in C:\Condor3\Landscapes\South, and both don't exist ... (I only guess)
