Server problems with "Flats Activity" set to "Very Low"!

The Condorsim's TchinTchin Flight last Saturday was the victim of an almost total technical fiasco: almost all the connected users were rejected by the server after the flight's loading time had been exceeded.
Same problems on personal servers that were launched in parallel.
Only one server was able to accept the connection without any problem, and 25 pilots posted their flights on CClub.
After comparing the fpl, the only difference that can explain the problem is the Flats activity parameter, which was very low on the original flight and was changed to normal on the server that worked normally.
This setting has already caused problems in the past on other servers, so I think it is important to check it systematically on the flights offered, especially as one can always wonder about its usefulness (especially in the mountains!)...
