Competition Hosting Questions

I'm hosting a competition (Montana Cup) starting tomorrow. I got an email from Condor Club with the details I need to include when setting up the server, with a .fpl file attached. I'm assuming I have to use this file, and that it is slightly different from the one I uploaded to the competition page when setting up the competition? The email also says there are 0 people registered for the competition, but the competition page shows there are 30+ people registered. What's going on with that?
