I have no experience in organising condor competitions, but Adam, who probably has more experience than anyone, was kind enough to share few DShelper screenshots that should help future organisers to have results of their flights counted in the new ratings calculations. 'Upload' is the most important tab. Don't forget to set your admin password. Hope you will find the following screenshots helpful:

Hey, that's nice! Thank you to both of you, I just released FAQ and updated competition module for ccRating (I'm proud of its nickname more over, no need to translate it - which could be difficult in some languages where rating has the same translation than ranking)
