Install updater on user specified drive

I want all of Condor related programs on an external SSD drive. When I installed updater, the .exe installed it on an internal without prompting choice of installation drive. How do I get it to install on the drive of my choice?

I just released a new version of Condor Updater, the installer now offers install directory choice.
