I'm experiencing the same problem...
Re: Condor updater slow download
With me the downloader does not work when it are more than 1 file in the download.
On the website also, i can download one part and then i have to wait 30min to download another part (if i am lucky), also premium account.

Maybe there is some sort of a clue on the Landscapes page on CC

Because of the tremendous demand, only one download at a time is permitted per user.

I am downloading part by part, not together. I wait a minute or 2 after the download completed to try and download another file, sometimes it works, sometimes i get errors.

I'm also a premium member, and most of the times my download speed is 50kib/s-ish. Sometimes if I'm lucky, I get 1mb/s. I guess we have to blame the corona virus for this, but if there is a solution, I would like to hear it. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but my internet speed is around 1.5Gbps as it appears on fast.com.
I loved the idea that the German team had on hosting their West Germany scenery via torrent, it was much much faster to download there, and it's much more efficient to let my NAS take care of the torrent download than to keep my energy hogging PC running 24/7 to download via condor club. I will try to host the scenery I created that way in the future, and hopefully more scenery authors would follow the trend.

Re: Condor updater slow download
Here are my results:
Done.
Mirror #1: 376 KB/s
Mirror #2: 1084 KB/s
Mirror #3: 402 KB/s
Mirror #4: 104 KB/s
Mirror #5: 760 KB/s
I was downloading a scenery with condor updater directly prior to running this test, and the download speed was about 100 kb/s.
I then stopped the download and ran the test.
Hopefully this helps out.
