problems hosting/port forwarding

when i try hosting multiplayer either with the main condor or the dedicated server, it doesn't work right.
i have set up port forwarding, even disabled ipv6, i disabled every firewall i could
and yet when i host it shows u in the server list as shown in attached file
getting frustrated cause been trying to fix it for months when it suddenly stopped working for no reson (when my i changed i think)
i've redone the port forwarding since the i change but no luck

also the link to dshelper in the condor club help didn't work..is that no longer used

i waited for days and days for a reply, i found dshelper by backtracking through the directories. but with dshelper i get no listings in the server list at all
i'm confused by the 'ignore condoe club serve crawler" and other options since theres no real help explaining the options
