Server down

After a maintenance on server, I restarted it but it doesn't start again. A technician is expected to intervene shortly, wait and see

Motherboard dead but already replaced. Server is now working correctly.

I tried to do a download on Sunday it didn't do anything . Then Sunday evening I started another DL and it was downloading but a really slow speed So after about 3 hours it was at 2 percent out of 8gigs so I left it overnight and next morning it had stopped at 15 percent . The last 3 days DL is not working at all for me. I am using the condor updater . What am I doing wrong? Are speeds higher if I donate? I feel like I'm back in the dial up days

Edit update. Able to start download cascade, at about 5 percent after at 2 hours at this rate it will take 40 hours for a 8 gig down load?
