Bug from double entry in CSV competitions'results fixed (rank updated!)

From Condor v2, race results may contains duplicate entries, causing scoring penalties on Condor Club.
At last, this annoying bug has been fixed!

Scoring for impacted competitors has been corrected in these races:

Provence Sky Championships 2018
Competition day #7
Golden Eagle (and finish 1st for the whole competition !)

Condor World Cup 2019
Competition day #12
Golden Eagle
Dmitrij Koniajev
