Normally when I download from Condor Club, I get about 70-90Mbps. Right now I'm getting 9-11Mbps. Going to take a long time to download AA.

You are probably downloading from mirror @Ottawa (you can see URL starting by mirror.condor-club.eu/...), this server has 100Mbps.
