Problems with uploading FTR

Hi,
for the first time I have a problem with .FTR to upload on Condor Club site.
What can be the cause?
It says the file has been registered before, but I even don't have it on my flights list!?

I get the following error when trying to upload last track (.ftr)


Warning: Pilot's information from Flight track doesn't match those you entered on this site. Please check and correct name, first name and competition number (CN).

What can be wrong? From my point of view pilots information are correct.

Got this message when opening website:

Upload is not allowed now (you already have reached the maximal number of flight tracks you can send per race or the upload time slot is not open).

Flight tracks can be sent from November 12th, 2018 at 7:15 PM UTC to November 13th, 2018 at 2:15 AM UTC.

When I said "check again", I would say verify pilot's data. Did you check what you set on your Condor Club profile and what you have on Condor pilot details? Check for double space, dot, hyphen, ... it must be exactly identical.
