New option for competition

A new feature has been added to competition module yesterday.
When a competition has several tasks with optional days (ie 10 best times used for scoring on 15 competition days), some competitors could decide to evade hardest one (ie no PDA). Organizer can decide to double points on these tasks so participants will be rewarded for their efforts.
It means the best time will obtain 2000pts.
