I just checked the results on day 10 of US Soaring Q1 and noticed there were tremendous changes in Ratings:
I guess this is a bug, but can anyone explain how this happened?

Ive reached out to BOD1 but have not heard back.
This was a reopen task, all flights are gone, people re upload their ftr, then some pilots are duplicated. This bug has been around since October 2024 ish.
I've reached out multiple times explaining this issue but have not heard conclusively what the fix is. It looks like its not fixed.

Bump!
This has still not been solved. Thierry, if we had a "force recalculate" button as a task organiser, we could solve these things ourselves without having to bother you. At the moment we when delete results or add penalties, the CC-rating doesn't change. We have to re-open the upload window, which also has some undesirable consequences, for it to recalculate.
These bugs undermine the whole CC-rating principal at the moment and put us in a though spot as organisers. We want to help solve scoring issues or people with upload issues or genuine blue screens, but we don't have the tools to do so. So we have to bother you to do it, but you seem very busy so it drags on, and on. We now have a CC-rating ranking that is all messed up.

I would love to have a opt-out-of-rating option when blue-screening. yesterday I bluescreened and even though the first leg went horribly wrong, the rest of the flight worked well until BSOD. the set-back in rating is now even worse. will take like 5 good races to catch up again (instead of maybe 2).wickid wrote: ↑Tue Feb 11, 2025 10:29 amBump!

Yes, me too. I uploaded my flight and had 4th place, but then it was re-opened, and somehow my result got erased, and now I'm not even on the classification. I've also reached out to BOD1, but so far no reply or fix.
