Can't find my purchased keys

Hi Condor Community,

I can't find any keys in my condor profile that i've had bought last year.
Is there any problem with my account or something? I still have all Mails about Activation but they dont show up in my Condor profile.

yeah i tried this but they dont show up unfortunately.
Already contacted the support but still waiting for answer.

Support (me) is away currently.. but I looked at your account and it looks perfect. All your things are there.

Please review the instructions in that link given in this thread and try again. Dont forget to log in with your email, not user name

I have a problem because just one of my five purchases that I have has dissapeared in my purchase history and i can't recovery the license key.
I don't understand why only this one has disappeared and yet the other four appear in my purchase history.
I sended an email to support (whit the payment document) but I don't have reply yet... Do you know how long support takes to answer an email?

Usually OXO replies in a couple of days. He is probably busy with Condor 3 at the moment so support might not always be top of the priority list. But I'm sure he goes through the emails at least a couple of times per week.
